By submitting this application, I acknowledge that the Global Young Innovators STEAM Fest (GYISF) medical outreach is a volunteer-based initiative. I understand that no salary, stipend, or professional fee will be paid for my services.

I understand that this is a purely voluntary position and no financial compensation or travel reimbursement will be provided.

Liability: *

I understand that I am volunteering at my own risk and will adhere to the professional standards set by the Ghana Medical and Dental Council or relevant local boards during the screening.

Travel & Expenses: *

I acknowledge that I am responsible for all costs related to my participation, including international airfare, visa fees, travel insurance, and accommodation. While EBI may assist in facilitating local lodging at the Kyebi Presbyterian College of Education, the payment for such lodging remains my responsibility. ("unless opting for the free on-campus hostel.)
